Family-run vegetarian restaurant Prashad gained Gordon Ramsay’s seal of approval as runners-up in Channel 4 series Ramsay’s Best Restaurants and Ramsay himself commented “the food was the best vegetarian cuisine he had ever had”.
Prashad is famed for its authentic vegetarian, North West Indian recipes. The building was previously the derelict Victoria pub which was renovated and developed by Willow Properties. Prashad then relocated from Bradford into this building 10 years ago and we enjoy a fantastic thriving landlord-tenant relationship.
